By using the Any Surface Prints website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms.
All prices listed are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. Bulk orders and event bookings are quoted individually — a quote is an estimate and final pricing is confirmed in writing before production begins.
Typical turnaround is 2–4 business days from artwork approval. We ship Australia-wide. Shipping costs vary by product and weight and are confirmed with your quote. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers once items have been dispatched.
A proof is provided before making. It is your responsibility to check spelling, colours, and layout. Once a proof is approved, we are not liable for errors in the approved artwork.
Custom-made items cannot be returned unless faulty. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days with photos, and we will arrange a reprint or refund.
You retain ownership of any photos or artwork you supply. By submitting artwork, you confirm you have the right to reproduce it. We may photograph completed orders for portfolio and social media use, unless you request otherwise in writing.
